With over 15 years’ experience operating at senior leadership level across operations, governance, people and organisational transformation, I specialise in helping businesses turn strategy into practical delivery. Throughout my career I have worked across fast growing organisations, consultancy environments and complex operational settings, leading teams, improving performance and building the structures that allow businesses to scale successfully.
